If you’re interested in health and longevity, you should probably pay attention to the following article. Why eat a plant based diet you ask? Well, the benefits are numerous but most importantly, it allows us more time on this amazing thing called Earth.

To further illustrate why you want to eat a plant-based diet, let’s talk about longevity. How long do all the Lions, Tigers and Dogs live? On average, they live approximately 15 years and they are meat eaters.

Horses, Chimps, and Elephants are all plant-based eaters and they live on average 28-40 years, 55 years and 60-90 years respectively. Strength, endurance, and longevity all go to the plant eaters!

Why is this? It has to do with energy. The purest energy is the sun. The plants get sun directly and how long do they live? Well, we have Redwood trees that live 3,000 to 4,000 years. We have olive trees in Israel that live 3,500 years.

How about a meadow on a huge hill, it has probably been there a few thousand years. This longevity is from the plants getting direct energy from the sun. They still have a finite lifespan, however, it’s incredibly long.

Now, let’s review the lifespan of those who eat the plants. The Elephants, the Rhino’s, the Hippo’s, as stated above, they live quite a long time. Next, let’s review the animals that eat those that eat plants, the Lions and Tigers, their lifespan is just a fraction of the plant eaters.

Why Eat A Plant Based Diet Because It Offers All Of Us a Longer Life

You see, the further you get away from the source of energy, the shorter the lifespan. When it comes right down to it, it has to do with energy conservation.

As an example, a potato clock can keep time for two to three weeks. It works because the potato is alive and has a bioelectric charge. That charge will fade within 2-3 weeks.

What do you think would happen if we baked that potato? Do you think it would still be able to keep time? The answer is no.

It won’t work for two reasons. First, the molecular structure has been changed with the baking of the potato and second, the essence of the potato has been removed and that essence is “life”!

Life is the ability to maintain a charge and hold the energy. I think you can start to see why eating a plant-based diet is so incredibly important to maximizing good health and a long lifespan.

A raw vegan plant-based diet has tremendous health benefits and naturally helps in the prevention of cancer. It provides the living nutrients that challenge cancer metabolically and can help prevent the formation of any tumors.

People have forgotten what the true purpose of food is, it is not to pleasure the tongue it is to nourish the body. Think about that for a moment and let it sink in, then start to make the necessary changes in your diet to live a healthier, longer life!

Our body has over one trillion cells and we lose a fair amount of them daily. However, making new cells in the body happens in much greater frequency and volume than I think most people realize.

Humans produce 2 to 3 million cells every second of every day. That’s why it’s so important to keep cell membrane health in mind in your everyday lifestyle. The food you consume is what is used to help create these new cells.

If you are consuming junk, processed or fast food consistently, then you will not be making very healthy cells moving forward, will you? Whole food nutrition is key to help maintain optimal health.

As a result of the millions of cells being produced every second, we actually produce a new body every six months. So, what is it that is needed to actually make a cell.

Well, when a new cell is to be made, the skin is required because that is what is needed to separate it from all other cells. Healthy fats become an important part of our diet because certain parts of the cell, as well as the skin, need it, so they can create and survive.

Now, for the cell to maintain proper function and have the ability to create brand new cells, where does it get the stuff it needs?  The cells receives the stuff it needs from the whole foods we consume.

The answer should be obvious, no you can’t get anything the body needs from burgers, pizza, and processed foods. We can’t absorb any healthy fats from animal meat.

In addition, if people do eat meat and cook it, the fat from that meat turns into trans fatty acids which the body can’t use. The cells need a particular amount of energy to function properly. The capacitor maintains this energy. If the parts that make up the capacitor are garbage, it won’t be able to hold a charge.

If the cells aren’t able to obtain what they require, they will break down. What follows are conditions such as chronic fatigue and many other chronic illnesses.

No matter the condition or illness that you are dealing with, the first step to take in order to thoroughly clean out the body is stop eating. Next, it’s important to continue this cleansing by following a diet high in fat.

The total amount of fat should be in the 50 to 60 percent range in your diet. Follow this diet for nine to twelve months. Why is this important to follow?

The reason it’s important is because all the cell membranes in your body need to be replaced. Eat fats that were made by nature and designed for humans. Examples of these healthy fats are coconut oil, avocado’s, seeds and nuts.

Should humans drink milk is a question that is often asked so I wanted to provide a clear answer for people. A mother’s breast milk is what an infant needs until the such a time that it is no longer needed.

Let’s review how nature handles the weaning off of a mother’s milk. A horse has a baby or foal and the foal drinks it’s mother’s milk. However, when its time, the mother will wean the foal and push it away preventing any further drinking of her milk.

The horse won’t allow the foal once it’s weaned, to drink her milk even on certain occasions. That’s it, it’s over and there is no more mother’s milk to be had.

Why does this happen? Well, if the foal were allowed to continue drinking its mother’s milk, eventually, cancer would develop. Casein is the protein found in milk and it stimulates growth.

If a person has rapid growth occurring after a certain point, that’s called cancer. Animals in nature wean their offspring when a certain age is hit and there is no going back.

People don’t do this and it’s a problem. The dairy industry is powerful and actually pushes the opposite of what should occur. They push and promote the consumption of milk from womb to tomb.

So Should Human Drink Milk Well Not If Health Is their Goal

As humans, we not only don’t wean our kids off milk, we teach them to drink another species milk, cows. And, why were cows chosen?

If we are going to have our children drink another species milk, why wouldn’t we have chosen a milk that was close to human’s milk? If that were the case, people should be drinking Gorilla’s milk, right?

And, have you ever noticed how people are repulsed by human milk? For example, if you offered someone a fresh, cold, tall glass of human milk, they would almost throw up in their mouths and pass. However, offer that person goat milk and they’re all in. Interesting isn’t it.

Here’s the point, all of the mammals in nature quit drinking milk at a certain age because they know instinctively that they should. They don’t question it or let it happen every now and then, it’s over.

So, should humans drink milk? Continuing to drink milk becomes dangerous to the health of a human or an animal. Weaning off of a mother’s milk, whether it’s a dog, horse or a cat is non-negotiable.

Sadly, the dairy industry has a rather large marketing budget and they bring in the star power using celebrities through T.V. ads. They program people to believe milk “does a body good” and you should continue to drink it for good health.

This couldn’t be further from the truth! Stop drinking milk and replace it with green juice. Green juice provides real nutrients that are absorbed and used by the body. When you give the human body what it needs, health problems are avoided and a vibrant life can be achieved.
