Why Do We Need Plants To Live?
Why do we need plants to live because everything starts with them!
Plants like what humans don’t. They like it when we die because they love our corpse. They love when we have a bowel movement. So, why do we need plants to live, because we live off of them.
Human waste is a plants nourishment. And, in turn, plants are our nourishment. It turns out to be a beautiful, perfect cycle. Humans breathe out CO2 as waste and plants take it in.
Plants thrive off of CO2, sunlight, and water, that’s all they need. Everything made from carbon came from CO2. When we look at a giant Redwood tree that’s 400 ft. tall and then you realize that 99.9% of that massive, solid tree came from the air.
Einstein said that people can look at life as either boring or amazing, it’s all in your perspective. Have you ever watched a child looking at anything? They are amazed by life. Adults lose this and become jaded.
Why is it that children learn faster than adults? Children learn quickly because they have no agenda. They have no explanation of “how it should be”. Instead, they see it how it is.
That’s why kids can learn different languages at a faster rate. Just by being around someone speaking a different language, they are able to pick it up quickly.
Kids are in a state of non-judgment. Nothing is good or bad to them, it just is what it is which is the state of awe or bliss. Al animals when they are not engaging in survival or reproductive activities are in awe.
Why do we need Plants to Live because they provide the Nourishment Humans Need to Thrive
Animals don’t interpret or judge. There is no such thing as “it should be”. Should “isn’t”, “could be” isn’t, “will be” isn’t, “was” isn’t. The majority of humans live in the world of “I could have, I should have”, etc.
In India, they call this illusion. None of this is real, what is real is “what is”. And, it’s impossible to know what is, a person can only experience it. Turn off your mind and experience it.
That’s where are plants live, that’s where all animals live and that’s where God lives. They all live in the one thing that is real and that is “right now” at this very moment.
Everything else is illusion and fantasy. What two people think that happened yesterday, even if they were together at the same place, are always different.
That’s why we have lawyers. The whole she said, no he said thing. Yesterday is debatable, tomorrow is definitely debatable and then all the other stuff just isn’t.
Everyone already knows all of this, it’s just that we have stopped thinking about it since we were kids.

Best Intermittent Fasting Method
The best intermittent fasting method is simply called healthy eating.
Healthy eating is when one eats once a day. And, it’s always beneficial to skip a day or two of eating every now and then for the best intermittent fasting method.
All creatures eat this way, not because that’s what they decide to do but because that’s how nature works. Creatures won’t eat anything they are not supposed to eat.
You can’t convince a horse to eat a cheeseburger nor should you. Animals will not eat out of your diet, out of their instinct. Humans are completed resolved from this as we no longer have instinct.
Intermittent fasting or a healthy diet is eating once a day. Why is this? Because when you are not eating, your bodies natural functioning is cleaning up the inside of your cells.
The internal cleansing of our cells cleans up the nonfunctioning organelles; mitochondria, bacteria, pathogens, or the things that are clogging up the works. These things are eaten up and recycled for fuel.
When we go to bed tired and then wake up in the morning with energy is because the internal cleansing process, while you slept, went to work and recycled the tired and worn out mitochondria.
Instead of one molecule of glucose producing 36 ATP, it may only be producing 21 ATP. Then, we go to sleep, theirs is no more eating so no more glucose going into the cells.
And our internal machinery in our cells goes to work gobbling up the older, worn out mitochondria and recycle them and use them for energy. Why is this important? Because we need to maintain 1 billion ATP.
The Best Intermittent Fasting Method is a Water Fast
ATP is the energy currency of biology and we need to maintain at least 1 billion ATP inside each cell at all times. We need this output to carry on the trillions of chemical reactions required by the body every second.
When we are not ingesting anything that can be turned into glucose, then we are breaking down intracellular products and eventually extracellular. Examples of this happening in nature are a Bear, Lion or Elephant.
These animals might be in an area where they don’t eat for two to three days. This system or availability and unavailability of food is an important part of the maintenance of the equipment.
Think of the body as the equipment and the way the cells work. The cells work better when they are not fed all the time. It’s important to remember that eating is critical in order to get nutrients, however, the time spent not eating is the time spent assimilating all that you have eaten.
If a person eats all the time, then the body is busy processing what you are eating. It doesn’t have a chance to properly utilize the food. It also doesn’t have a chance to get rid of the waste.
Equal to eating is not eating, this needs to be looked at and taken seriously. Here’s a good rule to follow, don’t eat until what you already ate, comes out in the way of a bowel movement.
Humans should have at least 18 hours in between eating meals. The word breakfast or “break” “fast” means a person doesn’t have to eat the moment they wake up. Don’t break your fast until 2:00 pm on the following day.
When you do this and go without eating for at least 18 hours, you’re stimulating your entire system to clean itself and to produce important anabolic hormones. When you do this your internal cleansing system goes on a scavenger hunt and cleans up everything.
A water fast produces ultimate healing. Whatever health issues you have prior to a water fast will be gone post fast.

Is Adding Oil To Juice Beneficial?
Is adding oil to juice beneficial in any way?
Many people are apparently advocating this practice. So, is adding oil to juice beneficial, it is if your goal is to decrease glucose absorption. Let’s walk through it.
In biochemistry and cellular biology, there are two distinct conditions that are necessary for life to exist. Lipid or fat-soluble versus aqueous or water soluble. These two factors allow for the separation of functions since they serve as barriers necessary for different compartments (functional units) to co-exist.
Membranes (lipids) separate cells from other cells and separate intracellular organelles (functional units) from each other. Without this separation, there could only be one set of functions and since the body is engaged in approximately 1 septillion (a number followed by 24 zeros) chemical reactions per second, an exceedingly large number of functional units must co-exist.
The concept of fat-soluble when being considered with regards to food simply means this. When fats are being digested and assimilated, certain specific sets of physiological and biochemical functions/reactions are set in motion. In comparison, very different functions/reactions are associated with ingested water-soluble substances.
Clearly, if one is eating fat, then fat processing is turned on. This is where it would be advantageous to take fat-soluble vitamins such as vitamin A or E or D as they would be efficiently and quickly processed.
Is Adding Oil to Juice a Smart Thing to Do?
If water-soluble vitamins were ingested, they would have to “wait”. And the opposite holds true for when water-soluble substances are being processed, the fat-soluble vitamins would have to “wait”.
To process fats, a certain pH is required in the duodenum. The biliary system in the liver and gallbladder would be activated, whereas if fat is not being ingested, other processes requiring a different pH and different sets of enzymes would be activated.
It clearly follows that if both fat and water-soluble substances are being ingested simultaneously, these two systems would both have to be partially activated hence diluting the efficiency of each system.
If one is drinking juices that are mostly water-soluble, then ingesting fat would slow down digestion. This can actually be of benefit in some instances.
For example, if one is eating a high glucose meal and they want to slow the rate of absorption, then all they have to do is add fats. The decrease in glucose absorption results in a slower increase in blood glucose. This translates into a decreased need for insulin and all the deleterious effects associated with high insulin.
In fact, that would be the only logical reason for someone to purposely combine fats (oils) with vegetable or fruit juices. But certainly, ingesting oils with juice in no way enhances digestion or absorption, but rather impairs (or slows) the process.
Green juice feasting is a very important part of our comprehensive cancer care program at our healing center, An Oasis of Healing. Every person that visits us starts off with a specific protocol of green juicing and then we transition people to an organic whole food raw vegan diet. However, green juice remains part of their diet.

Animals Don’t Keep Track Of Time
Animals don’t keep track of time because “time” is an illusion.
‘Now’ is eternal… There was never a time when it was not now and neither will there ever be a time when it is not ‘now’… That being true, all other possibilities are simply not true.
What we humans keep track of is an illusion, a concept. A symbol in our mind called “time”… The absurdity is that we’re doing that ‘now’ and we never do it “then” Anyway, animals are free from the burden of this illusion and are therefore in bliss.
When not engaged in survival behaviors or procreative behaviors, you look into the eyes of an animal and you see nothing but bliss. There are no “will be”s or “was”s or “Should be” or “could be” or “could have beens” or “should have beens”, etc., etc.
The only thing that’s real and the only thing that is verifiable is now.
